1. What is the cost of the telephone consultation?
The telephone consultation is free. No medical advice will be provided during the consultation. This service was developed to ensure we are good fit for any patient prior to the initial consultation.

2. Do you accept medical insurance?
NOVA Addiction Specialists accepts most types of commercial medical insurance. The physicians can speak to you more about this during your free phone consultation. We also accept patients who wish to pay for our services without insurance.
3. What payment types are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashiers checks. For security reasons we do not accept cash or personal checks.
